PERTAMINA is a State Owned oil & gas company (National Oil Company), established on December 10, 1957 under the name PT PERMINA. PERTAMINA changed its legal status to PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO) on October 9, 2003.
PERTAMINA's scope of business incorporates the upstream and downstream sectors. The upstream sector covers oil, gas and geothermal energy exploration and production both domestically and overseas. The foregoing is pursued through own operations and through partnerships in the form of joint operations with JOBs (Joint Operating Bodies), TACs (Technical Assistance Contracts) and JOCs (Joint Operating Contracts), whereas the downstream sector includes processing, marketing, trading and shipping. Commodities produced range from Fuel (BBM) and Non Fuel (Non BBM), LPG, LNG, petrochemicals to Lube Base oil.
Consistent with its deed of establishment, the objective of the PERSERO is to engage in oil and gas exploitation, domestically and overseas, as well as in other exploitation associated with or supporting oil and gas operations.

Job Description
Mengelola kegiatan Monitoring & Control atas proyek-proyek di lingkungan Direktorat Gas,termasuk Proyek Pemerintah (yang menggunakan APBN), Proyek di Anak Perusahaan melalui antara lain:
1.Monitoring & evaluasi variabel proyek (cost, scope, quality) agar sesuai dengan project management plan & rencana bisnis Pertamina & Pemerintah.
2.Mengevaluasi & mengumpulkan laporan progress pelaksanaan proyek di lingkungan Direktorat Gas serta berkordinasi dgn direktorat/instansi/bagian/anak perusahaan terkait dalam melakukan tindakan perbaikan terhadap progress/kualitas yang tidak sesuai rencana.
3.Monitoring,evaluasi & berkordinasi atas terjadinya perubahan lingkup pekerjaan agar sesuai dgn project management plan & rencana bisnis Pertamina & Pemerintah.
Requirement
Background Pendidikan:
S2/S1 Teknik Kimia/Teknik Industri/Teknik Mesin/Teknik Sipil/Teknik Elektro
Kemampuan & Kompetensi:
1.Memiliki sertifikasi Project Management
2.Risk Management
3.Mempunyai pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan implementasi mengenai bisnis gas dan mata rantai bisnis terkait
4. Mempunyai pengetahuan, keterampilan dan implementasi mengenai bisnis oil & gas dan mata rantai bisnis terkait serta memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman di bidang:Project Management, Risk Management dan Aturan Pemerintah tentang Pengadaan barang & Jasa.
5.Mampu berkomunikasi secara aktif menggunakan bahasa asing (English)
Pengalaman:
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 8 tahun di Bidang Engineering/Maintenance/ Manajemen Proyek/Operasi Kilang LNG/Gas/Petrokimia
