PERTAMINA is a State Owned oil & gas company (National Oil Company), established on December 10, 1957 under the name PT PERMINA. PERTAMINA changed its legal status to PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO) on October 9, 2003.
PERTAMINA's scope of business incorporates the upstream and downstream sectors. The upstream sector covers oil, gas and geothermal energy exploration and production both domestically and overseas. The foregoing is pursued through own operations and through partnerships in the form of joint operations with JOBs (Joint Operating Bodies), TACs (Technical Assistance Contracts) and JOCs (Joint Operating Contracts), whereas the downstream sector includes processing, marketing, trading and shipping. Commodities produced range from Fuel (BBM) and Non Fuel (Non BBM), LPG, LNG, petrochemicals to Lube Base oil.
Consistent with its deed of establishment, the objective of the PERSERO is to engage in oil and gas exploitation, domestically and overseas, as well as in other exploitation associated with or supporting oil and gas operations.

Job Description
1.Mengarahkan implementasi sistem Governance,Risk & Compliance guna terciptanya proses bisnis yang transparan,dapat dipertanggungjawabkan,bebas dari kepentingan kelompok tertentu dan sesuai dengan kaidah keadilan.
2.Mengendalikan proses internal kontrol atas proses bisnis yang berjalan di lingkungan Gas & Power agar tercapainya tujuan integrated gas bisnis.
3.Mengendalikan standarisasi proses bisnis,pedoman,dan tata kerja organisasi serta individu guna memastikan terciptanya proses yang sesuai dengan kaidah Good Corporate Governance.
4.Mengendalikan sistem Governance, Risk & Compliance sehingga tercipta keselarasan dengan sistem yang diterapkan oleh korporat termasuk penyempurnaannya secara berkala.
5.Mengevaluasi kebutuhan penambahan maupun pengurangan sistem optimasi dan Monitoring

Background Pendidikan:
S2/S1 Ilmu Hukum/Teknik Kimia/Teknik Industri/Teknik Mesin/Ekonomi/Administrasi Bisnis
Kemampuan & Kompetensi:
1.Strategic Management / Business Management
2.International Legal Contract / Business Law
3.Memiliki pengetahuan,keterampilan dan implementasi mengenai bisnis gas dan mata rantai bisnis terkait
4.Mampu berkomunikasi secara aktif menggunakan bahasa asing (English)
