PARTS SERVICE SALES (PSS)
Qualifications:
    Diploma Degree (D3) from All Engineering Majors.
    Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
    Maximum age of 25 years old in 2014
    High interest in Marketing and Sales
    Having Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven
    Able to join the company immediately
    Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA

Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients. Network, develop and firmly establish the various channels necessary to reach the target market segments of parts and commodity products. Provide superior personal and rofessional service for our clients.


PARTS SALES ADMINISTRATION (PSA)
Qualifications:
    Diploma Degree (D3) from Administration / Information Technology Majors
    Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
    Maximum age of 25 years old in 2014
    High interest in Marketing.
    Computer literacy is a must
    Able to join the company immediately
    Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA

Responsibilities :
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor’s products as well as to identify new market target in order to increase sales of parts products.


PARTS MARKETING PROJECT (PMP)
Requirement:
    Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering
    Minimum GPA 2.75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
    Maximum age of 27 years old in 2014
    Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong leadership, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules.
    Computer literacy is a must
    Fluent in English both oral and written
    Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA

Responsibilities:
To analyze, count and perform adjustment and manage all stock parts inventory based on procedures that have been defined in order to achieve target.


MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – ENGINEERING (MT-PDH/SDH)
Requirement:
    Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
    Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
    Maximum 25 years old in June 2014
    High interest in Engine, Maintenance, Parts Sales and Service Activities,
    An ability to analyze and evaluate situations to produce a range of effective solutions to problems
    Having Good Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated
    High capable to work independently as well as a part of team
    Able to join the company immediately
    Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA

Responsibilities :
You will be developed as a leader and responsible for monitoring, controlling, executing and reporting parts sales and service activities in the branch office.


MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - ADMINISTRATION (MT ADH)
Qualifications :
    Bachelor Degree (S1) from Economic Accounting / Management
    Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
    Maximum age of 25 years old
    High interest in Finance, Accounting, Human Resource
    An ability to analyze and evaluate situations to produce a range of effective solutions to problems
    Having Good Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated
    High capable to work independently as well as a part of team
    Able to join the company immediately
    Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA

Responsibilities :
You will be developed as a leader and responsible for monitoring, controlling, executing and reporting financial - accounting and personnel activities in the branch office.


CASHIER (C)
Qualifications :
    Vocational Schools (Sekolah Menegah Kejuruan) – Preferred Accounting
    Maximum age of 25 years old in 2014
    High interest in Finance and Accounting.
    Computer literacy is a must
    Able to join the company immediately
    Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA

Responsibilities :
Managing branch’s finance including cash in and cash out, make a daily routine report and replace any losses caused due to negligence.


BUSINESS CONSULTANT (BC)
Requirement :
    Bachelor Degree (S1) from All Engineering Major
    Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
    Maximum 27 years old in 2014
    Proficient in English both oral and written
    High interest in marketing and sales (have experience in marketing more preferred)
    Have creativity to entertain and make a deal with customer
    Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven
    Able to join the company immediately
    Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA
