SECRETARY
Qualification:
Female or Male, but preferably Female
Applicants must be holding at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Secretarial, Administration, or other relevant degree
Competent in both spoken and written English
Mandarin Speaking would be an advantage
Well-presented and having excellent social abilities
Skillful in common computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
MARKETING (PHARMACEUTICAL DIVISION)
Responsibilities :
Establish, develop and maintain relationship with existing and new potential clients
Identify and create new opportunities from within and beyond core target markets
Actively monitor quotations and projects to ensure orders are secured, work closely with order management team
Qualifications:
Male/female with age less than 35 years old
Applicants should be at least an S1 graduate any degree from reputable university
Having more than 2 years of experience in same position
Having experience in plastic or packaging industry is an advantage
Having previous relationship and business network with pharmaceutical companies would be an advantage
Posses solid analytical skills and negotiation skills
Communicate persuasively and also follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency
Having good presentation skill
Having pleasant and outgoing personality
Communicative and an excellent team player
