Customer Service (Bali)
Jobs Descriptions:
Promote client care, help clients to solve their inquiries customers in an ethical and insightful method, and present a caring mindset, provide appropriate and appropriate info to the customers, have complete knowledge of services left, and total line of products, taking duty to stay update and ask for aid to acquire most current advancements, response confidently or discover ideal remedies to customers’ problems, initiate talk to discover customers’ requirements.
Qualifications:
Male/Female
With age not more than 25 years old
Holding at least a Diploma Degree in any major with min. GPA 3.00
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
Applicants must be fluent in both verbal and written English
Having good interpersonal and communication skills
Having intimate knowledge of the customers’ needs
Having empathy for the customers situation
Having pleasant and friendly personality
Willing to be placed in Bali
